We love to use our yoga based curriculum and ideas for kids' brains & bodies. We know that yoga helps us focus and concentrate, as well as guiding good decision making.

*consider adding on to a home school curriculum
- YARD YOGA:
Yard Yoga is an opportunity to get your kids outdoors for some healthy-fresh-air-grass-in-your-toes-yoga-fun! AND you get 1.5-3 hours of free time!
You provide the yard or appropriate space, and I engage the group.
Class pricing depends on the size of the group, but it works out to be an affordable, educational alternative to child care, AND it is healthy and fun!
Yard Yoga is mostly a summer program, but fall is still a great time to be outdoors! If you can provide a space that would accommodate, we can do it any time of year! Consider indoor spaces as well!

- PARTIES:
Looking for a great party idea for your yogi? Or need a night out for the grown-ups? We come to the house for a tailor made class and a cool craft. I will meet with the birthday kid prior to the party to get their input and style.
- PLAYSHOPS:
Many of the concepts and ideas that we cover in class could use a whole class of their own to really let the message sink in. When we don't have weeks to go over a broad range of yoga topics, we can zero in on what the kids' needs are, and come out with a useful set of tools.
Maybe a whole class could be devoted to a specific issue that a certain group of kids or teens are experiencing. It's a great way to resolve kid-stuff or more complex issues without blame or pointing fingers.
