NAMASTE NEIGHBORHOOD is a community that inspires kids and teens to participate in a lifetime of healthy bodies, peaceful minds, and shining spirits! It is a place to visit so we can all feel more connected to our Inner Light. Children are inherently vibrant and wise, and there needs to be places where kids can learn about and celebrate their vast potential. We all want to learn ways to access our awesomeness, and we believe kids need to find this positive reinforcement around them as much as possible! Especially in safe, fun, and inspiring environments!

Yoga means, "to join, to yoke, to unite", and we love creating a space where kids are encouraged to connect to this Inner Light that truly links us all. Yoga is not just about the poses and movement of the body. Even more importantly, it is the movement of our soul's journey. It is searching and finding the source of JOY, STRENGTH, LOVE, and HEALTH inside of ourselves. And of course, the best way to learn anything, is by having FUN with it!
